EPDM costings can vary
on the access requirements and obviously size required. As a guide most residential flat roofs currently cost from £32/m2 + VAT. This is a membrane only fitting
price.
We also lay the plywood deckings and any insulation
that is required to meet current building regulations. Prices for this will be discussed and estimated on
site before work commences.
Residential contracts will entail 50% payment on ordering and full balance payment on completion of contract.
Trade contracts will require full payment within 14 days of completion of the contract.
Hurricane EPDM guarantees will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.
This guarantee lasts for 20 years.
